What sized units do you have?
We have a variety of sizes from small locker units to large commercial spaces.

Do you offer moving?
Storage 28/Sawyer Self Storage local moving partner is AGS. (https://www.professionalhomedelivery.com). If you already are using storage elsewhere within a 15 mile radius of Storage 28 or Sawyer Self Storage, but would like to move your belongings to one of our locations, we will move you for FREE! We will pay AGS (an insured moving company) to move your belongings from another regional self-storage location to either Storage 28 or Sawyer Self Storage. Our FREE MOVE offer is available to 6 month pre-pay customers only. May not be combined with other discount offers.

What is the minimum required time to store?
1 MONTH

Will I be the only one with access to my unit?
You will be the only one to have access to your unit. Storage 28/Sawyer Self Storage do not have access to any rented units

Do you have a lease agreement?
Our storage agreement is month-to-month. No long term contracts are required. (Already noted on website)

When is payment due?
Payments are due on the first day of each month

Do you offer packing supplies?
No

Do I need a lock?
Yes, you are required to lock your storage unit at all times. You can purchase a secure lock on site when you move in.


Is self-storage insurance protection mandatory?
No, but we recommend customers consider insurance, especially if items stored are especially valuable.

Can I make a payment online?
Not at this time

Do you offer climate controlled units?
No

Can I visit my property after hours?
Storage 28/Sawyer Self Storage is accessible 24 hours.

Do you accept packages?
No

Can I downgrade my unit?
Yes, and you can also upsize any time.
